The Newman Lecture Series is a proud tradition of Our Lady of Wisdom that consists of lectures given by visiting notable Catholic academics, religious, or authors. The lecture series has recently been resurrected after decades of inactivity.  Past guests have included Flannery O’Conner, Mortimer Adler, and, more recently, Archbishop Glen Provost, who spoke on Saint John Henry Newman’s Idea of a University, and biographer and literary critic Joseph Pearce, whose lecture explored the renaissance of Catholic literature.
